Chris is wonderful to work with! He did a great job finding us a house when we first moved to Connecticut. When it came time to sell our house, it was an easy decision to work with Chris again. I would recommend Chris as a REALTOR® to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a house.

Chris is knowledgeable, courteous of your time and space, and responsive to all questions. He is eager to answer any questions and is all around a very nice man.

Chris felt safe and honest.

It was an honor working with Chris. He brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and honesty. I will always rely on Chris for future help, and I suggest you do the same!

Chris is very knowledgeable and personable!

I absolutely recommend Chris Callahan as a real estate agent. His knowledge of the local market and excellent people skills helped us sell a family home in Connecticut.

Chris really knew his stuff. I had been in the same home for 39 years, and he helped me find the right apartment and then guided me step-by-step through the sale of my home. He kept me updated on everything that was happening and was a pleasure to work with.

My wife and I worked with Chris in 2023 to find a rental when we moved to CT, and again this year in 2024 to purchase a home. Chris was extremely attentive and genuinely invested in finding the perfect home for our family. He’s very knowledgeable about the market, communicated excellently, and was consistently on top of things. I would 100% recommend him to friends, colleagues, and family for real estate purchases.

Chris is an absolute top-tier professional. We were very lucky to have had the opportunity to work with him. He knew what we were looking for before we did and gave us the space and time to make decisions. As we were out-of-state, the first four months of our home search were entirely virtual, and Chris went above and beyond to accommodate us. When we arrived in Connecticut, Chris was a pleasure to work with in person, and we secured a wonderful home that we are thrilled with. He truly knows his stuff and provided sound guidance throughout the process. We will absolutely work with Chris again if the need arises and highly recommend him to anyone in the New Haven or Hartford County areas. Thank you, Chris!

Chris is amazing - very kind and patient. He was always punctual and tremendously helpful when it came time to make a decision. Thank you greatly for you help, Chris.
